Marco Polo is an NDIS-focused platform designed to connect participants, support coordinators, and service providers. When the partnership began, the platform faced a combination of technical, usability, and accessibility challenges that were impacting user experience and limiting growth opportunities.Our engagement started by stabilising critical areas of the MVP and resolving delivery challenges inherited from previous development efforts.
