When Impact Obesity set out to create a digital health platform, the vision was clear  but the product itself was still taking shape.The team had  UX research, early feature ideas, and a technical foundation partially being architected. What they didn’t yet have was a cohesive brand, a clear customer experience and a production‑ready product that could support patients through complex obesity treatment journeys.They needed a partner who could help transform this groundwork into a polished, scalable digital health product one grounded in empathy, clinical insight, and real user needs.

Shaping the Brand and Product Experience
Within the first month, we helped name and brand the Prospero Health App, defining a visual identity that balances warmth, clarity, and clinical trust. That foundation continues to stand out, earning praise at conferences and demos.
Alongside branding, we established strong product rituals fast-moving discovery, collaborative design sessions, and regular moments to share progress keeping the team aligned and momentum high.
From Research to a Real Product
Prospero began  UX research, clinical insight, and an early  architecture. What was missing was a cohesive product patients and clinicians could actually use. We worked closely with Impact Obesity to translate research into real user flows, aligning design, engineering, and clinical input from day one. By focusing on what mattered most for an initial release, we moved quickly from concept to a functional product, without cutting corners.  Here are the core app functionalities:
Tracking
