The Challenge

Obesity treatment goes far beyond medical care it demands lifelong lifestyle changes. Yet patients often struggle with limited support, confusion around health decisions, and difficulty maintaining healthy habits, all of which reduce treatment success and overall quality of life.

When Impact Obesity set out to create a digital health platform, the vision was clear, but the product was still taking shape.With UX research, features and architecture partially defined, the team turned to us to craft the brand, shape the design and build a product that could take their digital health vision from concept to reality.

Built the Prospero Health Brand from the Ground Up

In April 2024, Impact Obesity connected with Everest Engineering. From the first call with client lead Tom and head of design Pilar, it was clear this would be a different kind of partnership warm, thoughtful, and genuinely collaborative.

To lay the foundation for the Prospero Health App, our team began with a Brand Sprint, including a collaborative workshop to align on the brand’s goals, personality, and long-term vision. Using these insights, we explored early logo sketches and visual language directions that began shaping a clear and cohesive identity for the product.

Final Brand System

After exploring multiple visual directions and working closely with the client, we refined the name, logo, colour palette, typography, and imagery that ultimately shaped the Prospero Health App. Within just a month, the brand came to life—distinct, cohesive, and already turning heads.

Built a Unified Health Management Experience

We brought together key features into a single, intuitive app that supports users at every stage of their treatment.

Tracking : Helps users monitor symptoms, appetite, mood, medication, and weight.
Insights : A dashboard with visualisations, advice, and reports that transform health data into clear, actionable insights.
My Team : A complete view of their healthcare practitioners, including roles, expertise, and essential details.
Journeys : Guided surgical and medication pathways that explain each stage of treatment with clarity and confidence.

Result

A distinctive brand identity and design system that continues to draw praise at conferences and demos.
A working, scalable Prospero Health App, launched and iterated through multiple feature releases.
