The platform offers a suite of features to enhance productivity and reduce risk by automating critical tasks.

In early 2021, Estimate One embarked on an ambitious growth plan, aiming to expand its product development team from 15 to over 75 members. Faced with a lengthy hiring process, estimated to exceed a year, the company sought a solution to accelerate team growth while maintaining its hiring standards.

The solution

Estimate One partnered with Everest, a firm specialising in scaling technology teams and fostering product-led engineering cultures. Everest quickly mobilised a team to support Estimate One's growth, providing a flexible solution that allowed for gradual scaling as Estimate One onboarded full-time employees.
